TRAIN WITH EXPERIENCE. TRAIN WITH PURPOSE.
About Me
I was drafted out of West Florence High School in the 2nd round (62nd overall) of the 2013 MLB Draft by the Texas Rangers. I have played 10 seasons of professional baseball, pitching within the Texas Rangers, Houston Astros, St. Louis Cardinals, and the New York Mets organizations. Prior to turning pro, I was a standout three-sport athlete (baseball, football, basketball) committed to play both baseball and football at Georgia Southern University.
From foundational movement for 6-year-olds to high-performance prep for pro athletes, I have spent the last couple
of years helping competitors at every level unlock their potential.
In my free time, I enjoy fishing, exploring local food spots, and staying active alongside my wife, who keeps me on my toes as a certified trainer.
